Drawing Futures 2016 was held on the 11th-12th November 2016 at the Bartlett School of Architecture , UCL in London.
The two-day conference brought together some of the world's leading practitioners in drawing for conversations about the contemporary cutting-edge and future directions of drawing as a critical tool for art and architecture.
The conference involved 24 speakers from around the world alongside four keynotes, for two days of intense discussion on drawing.
The event also held the launch of the Drawing Futures book, published by UCL Press and Riverside Architectural Press featuring 60 projects selected through our Call for Works, serving as a critical compendium of contemporary drawing practice in art and architecture.
As part of the programme we held a special Drawing Futures edition of the Bartlett International Lecture Series with Nicholas De Monchaux.
